About The Owner
With over a decade leading industrial operations and improvement programs, owner Jonathan Carver found himself in a position to either continue seeking standard employment or pursue a long-time goal of entrepreneurship. Backed by a network of support, self-employment was elected and so began Trailhead Business Partners. Jonathan’s career path resulted broad reaching exposure to various industries, tools, and business strategy. Having participated in numerous leadership style and organizational structure along the way, Jonathan draws on a variety of lessons learned, industry best practices, and mentorship to bring a diverse blend of experience and knowledge to clients who want to achieve meaningful, sustainable change.
